I have learned four (ish) very important things today.
They are not all related to each other. Which makes it even more awesome.
1. People really can surprise you in good ways if you give them the chance.
2. Sometimes, fortune actually does favor the bold. (And she doesn’t even care if you’re just faking the courage it takes to not stop yourself from falling off the edge.)
3. How people define sexuality in general categories is not under your control. How you define it for yourself, however—including which, if any, or in how many, of those categories you are in—is only under your control.
4. I mostly write stories about terrible things that happen to people, but their friends and family rally around them in support and it turns out generally okay in the end. Based on my experience in life, the first half of that sentence makes me a writer and the second half makes me a fiction writer.
Bonus thought: When you combine one and four, it is possible to learn to be a non-fiction writer.

There we go. I’ve continued the sassy coming out ace card to extend to more orientations. These are intended as a joke, but they might actually come in handy if you’re being questioned about your orientation and you need a sassy retort.
[Note: I’ve also edited the asexual one for optimum readability. If you are visually impaired, I would greatly appreciate your feedback on the legibility and readability of these comps. I wanna make sure everyone can enjoy my designs, not only those with good vision. So your feedback is a big help!]
These are awesome!
Well you learn something new everyday! I am demisexual and never knew there was an actual name for that.
The sad thing is, I can’t share this with my family because they’d freak out and are incapable of following the directions given and walking away.(via robinade)
